  1. Lovely stuff. 4.7fd brings the car to life
  2. That's a sight nobody wants to see. Hope you get it sorted okay mate.
  3. Interesting that you say that... I've just bought a couple of repair panels for the hatch - good to know in advance that there might be an issue
  4. The last time I broke down was when the clutch went on my eg. That was at rush hour on a morning as well, and in the right hand lane waiting to get onto a roundabout... Once again, some hatching stopped me causing too much of a nuisance
  5. I'm sure that we had a similar conversation on here when I had to change the other one Oh well..
  6. Aye, it's me own fault though really.. Had to change the other one for my last MOT and meant to get the other one changed after, but then promptly forgot all about it £30 for a new one from j&r isn't bad though just a shame that my mech is off to Paris for a long weekend tomorrow.
  7. 20 mins after that it was chocka block with rush hour traffic... If I'd blocked a lane it would have been mayhem! Pulled out onto a small gap in front of a van and bang it went... Bet he was cursing!
  8. Should have a civic5 meet when this bad boy goes on the track for the first time
  9. Me too, I only chopped some of the blanked off bits from mine though. I remember @james used a spare one to extend the fins right across... Getting rid of the H badge bit in the middle. That looked quite good too.
  10. Not sure about the ones for the m, but when my wife had an ep, she got a second hand fob that was linked to the car with some jiggery-pokery with the ignition key. It might have the procedure in the service manual (in the downloads section on here)?
  11. Just need to make your own if you want something different
  12. Sorry to hear about your friend bud. Nice idea to build the car in his memory though
  13. The standard suspension is one of the worst parts in the ms. Looks much better on the mg stuff. I recently got some new weather strips for the front doors from Rimmer Bros.. Again for an mg zs / rover 400.
  14. Dusty pic in the sun 2 of karen's wheels in the boot making tubs nose point up
  15. Welcome mate. Good to see you giving her a good going over
  16. Looking good from the sneakey pic
  17. They're mint figures chief! Bet you're well chuffed
  18. Cheers bud. Thought they were shot and needed a refurb. Saved a couple of hundred quid there!
