  1. I would go by the serial numbers on it,S80*********? to be sure google will find correct numbers as I don't know of hand also plenty of f**ked ones so be very sure and try it if possible in car they are a weak gearbox and prone to problems. good luck
  2. Need to take both front torque mounts off to do rear mounting,that gives the movement and room . read that after failing to do mine
  3. 157.8mph given 254kph reads 3.9% high on 195/50/15 s so about 6-8mph,so about right on speedo

Just tune the C4 with a good exhaust manifold and exhaust system + breathing mods.185HP <An inlet+cams+head that needs ecu and Mapping > £1200++ there alone 200HP Or just use an R engine=Job done already 200HP C4 is not the right cylinder head for the R piston design,the squish is wrong Google Frankenstein Honda B series

  7. Remove battery and clean leaves out from there, there is a rubber grommet containing wiring harness, water runs into this and then too ecu area. Maybe different for lhd car though ?
  8. Also Check the earth, one on the stat clean that up. dizzys have a few probs also Throttle position sensor TPS IACV FPR
  9. Swap dizzy to eliminate it is best, make sure its a good one too fuel pump ok ?
  10. Grind/cut the welded nut off and put nut and bolt on.
  11. 10mm divided by 3.142 =3.1mm don't think that would be a problem
  12. P72 has a speed limiter as well,so should come in handy

    Dc2 rack

    Thought the oil feeds need to be changed as well so need the pipes ect of Dc2 <but could be thinking of Mgzs180 though> but as said same Ratio so no point, smaller wheel is hard work also for car control at speed on the ruff roads, swapped mine out !! could be my tyre/wheel config though..
  14. Rear VTIS bumper lower part of an MB6 VTIS does not fit the Aerodeck ..
  15. ps there was an early Aerodeck -it was not a Civic VTI Aerodeck it was a Accord Aerodeck hence a confusion with Some motor factors.
