Mine shaft rotted through under the harmonic damper area and began to twist the shaft

This is for my S2000 Adjust plug gap from factory specification (.044") approximately .004" less for every 50 bhp added. For example: an application adding 150 bhp to the factory 240 bhp would require a .032" gap (.044" - .012").

Had some EKs on mine <D2s>just max them and give some spring preload.for sale on ebay soon when I get round to it. Now got some mister R from an integra R on, adjusted same as above.

could be just the gauge, if they are all within 10% is the main thing. could try a better oil.

Go for it at 90,will prob need an adjustable decat as the flange may not line up also.

Oem is very restrictive any good brand name manifold will be an upgrade 4-1, 4-2-1 or 4-2-2-1. I have 4-2-1 Dc sport and had good gains and is well made. my aimed tune was for low,midrange&top with a twin loop also inlet & cams itr airbox ect. So all depends what your future plan is for breathing mods ect

I have dc2 B pipe on my Mc2,and its bigger diameter & s/steel same flange size at ends MB6 rear silencer will fit ,i extended the tail pipe with one of them down pointing chrome extension pipe. jdm have cat length changes from ukdm Dc2 tail silencer will not fit without modifications as exit different place. Em1 don't think it fits.although not tried it. I have OBX twin loop on my Mc2 used the OEM bend,cut of flush and welded and avoids Mgzs180 ARB that's fitted.
