The VTi/VTiS have slightly stiffer springs due to weight difference of the B18 But as Krzys said, they VTi/VTiS are exactly the same car apart from cosmetics.

Ok, guest accounts now reconfigured. Verification code now required to post so should stop the spam but still allow genuine folk to post.

yeah, those are MA headlights so wont fit the mb6. MA8(1.4) MA9 (1.5) MB1(1.6SR only) are all pre-facelift civic M's. You need the facelift ones, which are a lot easier to find. I might be selling my spare set so if you're stuck let me know. Was gonna keep them and either mod them or just have them as spares incase of any bumps, but they keep getting in my way!

Very clean looking deck mate. Yeah those OEM headlight protectors are mega hard to find now, got them on my deck too. Should look good on the vtis wheels too!

Just the wrong time of year to sell it mate. As said above, most folk are still doing after Christmas etc so car market drops off until mid spring. Surprised at the lack of interest, as the 1.5's are a cracking m to buy. Great mpg and decent amount of performance. I'd considered the 1.5 a few times in the past! Feel free to post it for sale in our classifieds all bud.

I think it's covered in the downloadable service manual mate. I had the same problem with mine years ago but can't quite remember how I got it out, I'm thinking it does just pop out though mate. -

Thanks for the group buy invite Jason, would be a nice addition to the civic M's. I'm skint just now so will need to pass on it, but hopefully there'll be some takers for this!

need help asap with my gearbox ? i think it busted or something
Dave replied to GANNERZLAD's topic in Engine & Chassis
Yup, release bearing sounds about right mate. If that's gone, you won't be able to select/deselect gears. Gearbox out job, new release bearing in and probs best to fit new clutch at same time. Gearbox itself should be fine.- 4 replies

When creating a topic, say your project thread for your car or maybe asking a question in the forum, and you've clicked "start new topic", you will see on the page under "Topic Title" a text box called "Topic Tags". This is for putting in tags (key words) that help your topic get recognized by search engines such as Google, Bing etc. This also bumps Civic5 up the search ratings because Google has found key words in your topic that match what someone is searching for. So here we will explain how to add tags. If you have already added tags, you can add more (we have updated the list) to your current topics by going to the first post in your topic, click edit then "full editor". Then just click the "add Tags" button as below. We have started updating your project threads/topics and have added tags to quite a few now, but feel free to update your own topics. For PC/Laptop/Tablet users: Ok, so you've clicked the "Start new topic" button, and your ready to create your topic. Once you have given your topic a title, in the "Topic tags" box click "Add a tag". (see Image 1 below) Image1 A drop down box will appear with a pre-defined list of tags. (see Image 2) Image2 Click on which ever tags suit your post. If possible, always add the tags "Honda Civic MA" or whatever civic you have, plus use the "Honda Civic Hatch" if it's a hatch you have or the "Honda Civic Aerodeck" one if you have a deck. If your topic is not something car related, still use the above two tags and also use the "General chat" tag. Here, we selected the "Honda Civic Aerodeck" and the "Honda Civic MC" tags and will also add the "How to DIY Guide" tag seeing as this is a guide.(Image 3) Image 3 Then just carry on creating your topic as usual. Easy! For Mobile users: When you click "Start new topic" button, your topic creation page shows. In the middle of the screen you will see a button called "Edit topic tags" (Image 1B) Image 1B Click the "Edit topic tags" and a drop down list will appear showing the available tags. (Image 2B) Image 2B Select your tags by clicking on them, then click the "Add" button. They will be added to your post.( Image 3B) Image 3B Once you've added your tags, Just click the "close button" on the tag box. (Image 4B) Image 4B Then just carry on creating your topic as usual. Easy!

It's quite easy to remove John, although I know what you mean about getting into some funny angles in the footwell......................I tend to get stuck when I try to fix things up behind the dash and stuff now! lol My sister lives in County Durham in Spennymoore. I'm not down that often but due a visit sometime soon I think, so could maybe help you out if it's not been done by then
