  1. Just a normal skunk manifold. Think they call it a pro or something. Itr rep basically. And dual valve springs will help prevent valve float at high rpm. So can safely push towards 9k redline. C4 already has them on intake but not exhaust valves. Doesn't have to cost alot. Keep eyes peeled on Facebook etc get some good condition 2nd hand parts.
  2. The setup I described in your other post is a sensible budget setup. You won't achieve a huge amount more n/a unless you look at going high comp and/or itbs. Which is gonna cost a packet. In which case boost is better value imo. If your on a budget and want a little more. I'd look for a skunk intake manifold. Some type r or skunk cams. Dual valve springs will be a good idea can safely raise the rev limiter a bit. A larger throttle and a decent exhaust setup. And a p28 to tune on.
  3. I'm familiar with this issue. I temporarily ran another sandwich plate behind the thermostat. But settled on using a Chinese thermostat with 4 connections 2 on the side like mocal and 2 at an angle. Don't be put of was made nicely and worked fine. This one to be precise...
  4. Seen cars 6 or 7 years old that look as bad if not worse underneath. Love the model very detailed

    Mg zs seats

I cannot give you a definite answer because I have neither seen them or tried. But generally I'd say there is two options. Maybe possible you can swap the rails and hinge section from one seat to the other. (This is possible on eg/ek/delsol seats as i have done it) Failing that I would say cut the brackets from the rail and reweld in the correct position. Using the brackets from the civic seat of required.
  6. Some pics from putting the bottom end together.
  7. You can get from honda but very expensive and you will need to press the bushes in. With poly bushes you can burn out the old bush which will loosen the metal ring aswell and allow you to tap it out. Then the new poly bushes just push in by hand. They come in different hardnesses. Id describe the car as feeling taughter not harsher
  8. It's gonna cost 200+ quid on parts. And easier enough to do yourself just time consuming
  9. Strong flex do the bushes. You may aswell replace with poly much easier to fit and better drive and last better too. If you can't get a kit for your car. Then eg bushes will fit all except anti roll bars and also the middle bush on the LCA is ek.
  10. Yes you will lose a small amount of low torque. But it picked up loads better mid range and was generally much better than stock.
  11. Yeah man makes a difference. Before I boosted my eg. I put cams in, 70mm throttle body. Skunk intake and decent exhaust setup etc. Mapped to about 195bhp but felt so much more energetic. Throttle response was loads better.
  12. Love it mate. Looks superb. I'm the other way done the headliner and sunroof but not done the pillars yet.
  13. Boring job done tonight. Trying to make it so when it comes to installing turbo setup everything is just plug and play. So made 8 tails for the injectors. 4 for stock injectors and 4 for the bigger injectors. Tomorrow morning should have time to do the loom side.
  14. Bummer hope you get it sorted. Good going tho that's some mileage!!!
  15. Yeah really good. Space out the back and lots of parking on the front too. House was a real mess but ticked all the boxes otherwise.
  16. Hey.. had to split the balljoints for the drive shafts obvs
  17. Did a bit this afternoon. Mate popped over. Used the extra set of hands to get the engine off the stand and in the car. Fitted a competition clutch flywheel and stage 4 clutch. Need to Get that red cover off and everything plumbed in. Not far off the moment of truth now.
  18. Not personally. I used footman James for my old eg that was a 92 car.
