  1. I've got a leak in my aerodeck boot, but I think that's from the rear windows. I think that in the hatch backs the rear lights can be a way that water can get in.. Be worth checking there.
  2. That's a fair old change! Fair play bud
  3. Happy Christmas everyone, hope that you all had a good day.
  4. That's bobbins... Hope that you get sorted mate. Not many about. I had some rust on mine sorted out by a body about 8 - 10 years ago or something, but it eventually came back.
  5. Years ago I got one from the scrappy but it was from a rover 400/45 or an mg zs. Motor was the same but the wiring needed a bodge as the connector was different. Might be worth getting in touch with Rimmerbros if you get stuck.
  6. https://www.pistonheads.com/news/ph-japanesecars/honda-restomods-s2000-and-ek9-civic-for-tokyo/41515 S2k looks nice
  7. That's interesting.. I wonder why they're failing so often.

  9. Update from the welders... We have got all the sill done on drivers side got half the chassis rail done on drivers side.. We have a new shape fiesta half a shell which we are cutting up Monday and we are going to use the spare wheel well out of that to make repair sections for yours.. We have been wait to see what we need to use off this fiesta shell and we don't néed the wheel well.... We are waiting on repair section getting delivered sometime next week to do the passenger side sill. Slowly coming on, I'm going to get some photos sent over this week.
  10. Ah, sorry. I misread your other post... Read "mine" instead of "mind"... Must learn to read
  11. Not pressed, but mine and the wife's carbon look plates are from http://www.alidrewnumberplates.co.uk/ The website doesn't have much on, but they're on Facebook as well. They're still looking fresh after quite a long time.
  12. I know I'm biased, but I love how well these cars have aged. I don't think they've ever looked dated. Something honda seems to do well. Lovely car park shot
  13. I normally make sure I'm in a good place in the lane to stop people making silly passes (like at islands). I certainly did.. I think that's why he didn't get out the car. I was already shooting and swearing before I hit it.
  14. Bloody hell. Most of my commute is off road, but once I get into Newcastle there's no choice but to mix it up with the traffic.
  15. Aye, just a bit sore. Always thought it'd be a close pass that i got knocked off from. 3 times?! Crikey.
  16. Hi all, Just wanted to ask that everyone is aware of bikes (pedal and motor) at junctions... Especially this time of year. Because of the small front area it's hard to judge how quickly they are coming towards you. Last night someone wiped me out at a crossroads in the middle of Newcastle by turning right (slowly) when I was going straight ahead. Luckily I've escaped with bruises and a cracked carbon fork, but someone less able to bounce would have been much worse. The same applies on fast roads with motorbikes, but the results are much worse, as they will be doing much more than the 20mph I was doing. Cheers guys.
  17. Need to chase it this week tbh Jake.. Been there since the end of October, but they're only open 9-5 Monday to Friday and I've been stupidly busy. I popped in a week after it had went, but they hadn't even had a chance to look at it then.
  18. Wow, that is cheap... When I had to change mine years ago in sure it was 80/90 quid or something.. If not more.
  19. Aye, that's why they got demoted to winter duties
  20. Do I remember that you had it mapped and it was getting towards 200bhp?
