    Hi, one option would be to go for poly bush ones - powerflex do bushes for the mb6, but you'll need to measure the diameter of the front bar to make sure it's the right size. Failing that, you could find the part number from here and search online. https://www.parts-honda.uk/

    Yeah, got to keep the old girls away from the salt! We had a bit of salt put down a couple of weeks ago coz there was a tiny bit of frost (they've got an itchy trigger finger round these parts nowadays), but there's been plenty of rain since to wash it away so the deck is still out and about for now. Too many people can't drive in the winter now, so twist about the council not being out with the gritter.

    Yeah, I must admit I'm not sure. You're right it'll lose revs quicker, but it feels like the momentum of the car will drive the engine easier as well. Can't quite get my head around it. I'm sure when I was looking into them before I got my ITR one that was one of the supposed downsides (along with losing grunt uphill), but it's a long time ago now.

    Tbh I'd be surprised if any of the other civics had the same shape windows - is say you're limited to m specific ones or rover 45 / mg zs. Apart from any hens teeth original honda optional extras, you used to be able to get ones from Climair or from team heko that were designed for our cars

    Glad you got it sorted out. I seem to remember that when I changed my original rotor arm I had to smash it off, but I think that's more that it was stuck tight onto the dizzy rather than the bolt being seized (though it was probably 15 years ago). I'm also sure that the arms I've had since don't have a hole to screw it on. You might get more room by taking the air filter box out, but it's going to be easier to do if the dizzy was out.... Though the dizzy bolts might be a bit stuck as well now.

    Best thing I can suggest is to have a look at the AC troubleshooting guide in the workshop manual (pg 22-7). If you haven't got it already, you can get it from the downloads section on here mate 👍
