    Skunk2 inlet n throttlebody wont make much difference with a standard exhaust system and mani as its to restrictive with a cat

    Dose sound like the dizzy to me n i recon your better off fixing it n selling it on than scrapping it n as for the diesel polo good luck in actually getti the 82mpg i drive a 1.6 tdi pug as my work van n they say it dose 70mpg but i only see 40mpg as an average just fix the honda n drive it more delicately

    Likley culprit is the heat shields check them first as tgey are a cheap item

    Scratch that 1.8kseries is 105kg n b18 is 162 so big difference n the kv6 is still lighter at 154kg so 180 is proberbly better

    Yeah yo want the mgzs 120 spring rate is better but saying that the 1.8kseries is aprox 30kg lighter than the bseries

    Yeah uprated cams valve spring and retainers needed buddy or youll s**t a valve at that revrange n i would get the map checked before having a good play

    Mine are for a domani/eg 5dr n they fit great low but the back is higher than the front n thats the important thing

    Mate it dosent have to cost that much for an exhaust i could slap a custom 1 together for 100 quid it wont look pretty but it'll work just fine n i said 300 on a turbo n get it rebuilt meaning if he wants to. it dosent all have to be about brand names dude
