1. Hi all as mentioned in my newbies thread I've just got back into another aerodeck, however this one being an mc2 as oppose to the old mc1. Here's how I got her from the previous owner. And when I got her back home. Proper filthy but when the weather breaks and I get some free time she will get completely cleaned and detailed everywhere. So far she's got ATR recaros fitted. Also got a spoon n1 replica to go on and a pipercross viper to be fitted as soon as she's cleaned up. Currently running toyo t1r's all round too so she handles beautifully. My first mod done is the remote fob now having xbox 360 buttons as the original rubbers had gone So that's the story to now having owned her for 24 hours haha. My list of plans are as follows Clean everywhere Source the water leak filling the spare wheel well Fix the sticky front windows as they are soooooo slow Fix all dents and scratches. ( she's not going to win any beauty contests like she is at the moment) Service/ poss strip down and replace all seals and gaskets and cam belt, pump etc. re bush everything Adjustable camber arms rear anti roll bar Exhaust system Spoiler extension (will do a how to on this) Eventually go for some more power but undecided on the N/A or forced induction route yet. Thanks for looking guys and girls and if you see me around or are ever up in Rotherham/ Sheffield give us a shout and we can meet.
2. Hi all im jay n this is my aerodeck vti. Its got 120k on the clock. Some service history and many battle scars and signs of abuse perfect for a project and was mine for 1k. I bought it nearly a year ago n its solid underneath no rust anywhere its just a little tatty on the paintwork usuall story the paint is flaking on the bonnet and boot (longbridge build quality lol) n lots of carpark dings n scratches. Mechanically its sound engine wise that is lol as for the gearbox its the noisiest one ive ever had as recently its started to play up long story short new one getting fitted next week along with a new clutch.
3. Hi all My Micra has had it's day so I picked up this Civic MB6. I know it's not your typical EK Civic but it's still got the B18C4. It's certainly quicker than the Micra. It wont set any speed records but it does shift pretty well. The Car It has 89,000 miles, a bunch of paperwork and MOT till end of August. The car has had some track use before, the guy was on RetroRides It's pretty much standard, it has a set of 35mm lowering springs and a stainless steel (silent) rear can. Plans - I'm having the window tints done pay day, I don't like being in a goldfish bowl. - I've bought some G3 rubbing compound to remove the cloudiness on the headlights. - Some BC coilovers, expensive but worth it. - New brake pads. Preferably GreenStuff. It has OMP pads at the moment and they don't feel the best. Stay tuned!

Cannot wait .. First additions will be a new stereo as it has the standard tape player still in! Any suggestions? And wheels will be swapped over .. WIll get a pick up ASAP .. 5. One night i was in north London Edmonton and was given a ride home by a friend. He had a pirate black Aerodeck 1.8 vti,he took me from Edmonton to Islington and needless to say i was bitten by the "HONDA" bug. i couldn't believe the performance of this family estate...................... Next came the fast and furious and that was it,i wanted a MB6,but all my friends had pirate black MB6 so i wanted to get a different colour and after months of looking at MB6s i found a white MB6 in leeds..................(full story when you see me) my first mod was new wheel studs on all 4 wheels, this is the car as standard in 2007 .
6. You have all probably seen my recent thread, i have a green honda civic mb3, unfortunately i need to sell this as im disabled from a motorcycle accident a year ago, its very difficult for me to get in and out of, not just because its so low but because it has small doors, also need to travel from cumbria to newcastle hospital twice a month so i need a diesel, i absolutely love this thing and if i had the money to run two cars i would, im unsure of how much its worth, as body work isnt 100% dent on top of rear quarter and a dent on the bonnet, there not massive dent but obviously de value it, it has a genuine set of rs recaro fish net seats. drivers has a few tears but thats to be expected from over 25 year old seats! still comfy and on proper civic subframes. omp deep dish steering wheel, also got standard one to, ill just list the rest below, also throw in a few recent pictures, id just like a few opinions of what price rage i should put and if anyones interested just message me thanks alot guys! cat back with savage 3.5" short back box cone filter venom ap coilovers genuine recaro fishnet front seats from a 1981 rs2000 escort running corsa c sxi wheels in gloss black ( please dont hate me haha!) smooth boot in satin black relocated rear number plate omp 330 dished steering wheel few bits of stickerbomb inside
7. happy ive found a civic mb forum, been looking for a while, so a few weeks ago i picked up my first civic, its a mb3 so far liking it alot, especially as you dont see loads of mb's around, there not as common as the ej's or ek's. quick spec of the civic d15z8 engine 114bhp cat back with savage 3.5" short back box pipercross cone filter venom ap coilovers rouchly 30mm to go on rear and 10 on the front genuine recaro fishnet front seats from a 1981 rs2000 escort running corsa c sxi wheels in gloss black ( please dont hate me haha!) smooth boot in satin black relocated rear number plate omp 330 dished steering wheel few bits of stickerbomb inside want to get some rota slipstreams for it, but will have to save up a bit, also want to spray the boot green and put a cold air feed into the corner of the front bumper. this is my first honda after owning vw's for a while so its a nice change. would like to hear peoples thoughts and opinions
8. Hey lads, Have previously put a build thread on civiclife forum but thought I'd wack one up here too for different opinions etc. Currently I have re-sprayed the grill and re-badged boot... Ive cleaned up bay, powder coated rocker cover and fitted short ram induction kit (soon to be cold air induction kit)... Removed headlight washer jets... New head unit, fusion sub and fli door speakers... Next I plan to fill jet holes in front bumper and re-spray it, along with skirts and rear bumper as they have a few dings etc. Purchased the relevant stuff for this from halfords, had a question though... If i get paint colour using cars ext. paint code... Once lacquered will it have the desired effect or will it look out of place.... The silver has a metallic shine to it but not sure if my sprayed bumpers will come out the same as not done this before? Any tips welcome please!! Here's a couple pics anyway...
9. My Honda Civic MB6 1.8 VTI-S (Modified) Welcome to my pride and joy, this car was built in my garage starting in January 2012 and concluding in July 2013. I've always wanted to build a car from scratch, the bare shell all the way up and this was my opportunity to do it and do it my way. In 2011 I built a Civic VTI (the blue one) pretty much refurbished the whole car but didn't go anywhere near the attention to detail that I've paid on this one. Unfortunately I crashed that car (hence the pics at the start of the album) so from the ashes of that crash I stripped the car and kept all the bits scraping the old chassis. I then purchased a genuine Civic VTI-S from a guy in Salisbury, the car was in fairly good condition with no major damage and ran well - this I thought to my self would be the building block for my plan! Over the next 18 months the car was gutted and the whole chassis and body was rubbed down,re under sealed and prepped ready for paint. All the suspension and brakes where fitted before spraying with all components being carefully removed,re sprayed and re fitted or replaced with new or uprated parts. The vehicle was sprayed championship white, trailer'ed back to my garage and the rest of the rebuild continued..... The album shows a step by step guide to my journey through 2 winters which where not nice to work in! Dozens of cuts scars and self inflicted injure's and a very forgiving and understanding girlfriend to reach what I wanted to achieve. I've loved building her despite all the ups and downs and I'm kinda glad it's now done but with all projects - there never truly finished....... I hope you all enjoy my build thread There are more pictures on the link in the newbies section when i first said hey.... 12. Ok, let's start my project topic...i bought this MB9 to become my new daily driver and to have space for a huge amount of pampers...!!! This was the original condition when i bought it: Interiour was looking fresh & nice: First mods instantly after buying it: Koni shocks with H&R springs Energy Suspension bushings Oz Superturismo GT wheels 6.5x15 with Falken ZE-912 195/50 tyres Black window tint film After a while i had to install new break & fuel pipes...a lot of rust on there...!!! One break pipe was already leaky...is this a common problem with Aerodecks...??? Why slomo project...??? Because i'm busy with a lot of things...my wife, my 1 year old daughter, job and because the Honda scene in my area seems to be really small...so there's no helping hands to speed things up which is frustrating sometimes...!!! So don't expect too many updates...let's see how long it will take to build my special daily...!!!
13. Hello everyone bought this beauty from Simpo (Adam) on 09 June 2013 and I fell in love with her already. Not with Adam but with the car lol - So here it is My sis ruining the shot!!!
14. it's about bloody time, i got this started.... for those who don't know this is the history of the car --->http://www.civic5.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=141&t=7121 and as for the last currant post was this on the 8 april 2012. it's taken me 8 month's to start it... right. bought it from chris, but i think it was the worst kept secret on the forum right photo's... i don't seem to of have the best of luck with her at time's. i had some twat rip the front lip off the car, but thank's to krzys for a replacement i've had th rear number plate go missing in lincoln but i've found that horrible rattle that chris couldn't find.... i'll get i picture of it tommorow, as it's in for mot. (it'll pass, one way or another.. ) now do i shove £20 note's under the brake line's... as a project, i didn't have any really direction to go with her. so i when i got it back to work, i did an oil change and enjoyed her for what she is. as the most epic estate car of all time of course... many people took one look at it and laughted at it..... untill we went for a spin  and then they under stood what it was all about..... and with it having a towbar (rear chassis brace for the non believers ) it's has it use's... towbar mounted bike rack... pulling trailer's.... well i didn't want all that crap in the boot..... i've done a few bit's to it such as mud flap's from weetec. to help reduce the amount of shite up the side of the car... and some sticker's WACK11111 and what not. but i have got plan's for it though.... it has some thing to do with this.... and this... that's all for now, i might up date this once/twice a year though...
15. right then guys think its about time to start a new project. work officially commences on sunday. going to warm up my swappin the rear suspension, hubs, brakes etc over. got a coupla bits arrive today.. so here the first pics, since i know a thread is useless with no pics right!..
16. this is my civic mb2 1.4 and its my first car and im very keen on getting some mods done to it! here is what she looks like at the moment. some of you may not like the stickers or the painted hub caps but they are temparary till i get some alloys i think they looks alright when they are moving let me know what you think
17. i got this back in july 2011 and started modding. here is how i bought it. first of all i took off the rear badges i then lowered it on coilovers. it was a bit low first of all and couldn't get over anything!! (but wouldn't mind it that low again) i then bought my mates wheels, they are in need of a refurb on the lips though i bought a rear mid spoiler off a member on here then this one was only just to get the peeping pedo bear in
18. So here's my 1st car which is a Honda Civic 1.5i LS Vtec-E MB3 (D15Z8) Its totally standard with full service history, 96'000 miles on the clock and only 2 owners from new! Don't ask how much the insurance cost (Its a lot) lol. I have got some ideas on what to do with the Civic, maybe go for a VTI lookalike. Thanks for viewing!

21. Hi guys, This is my MC2 VTI... more to come when I get around to finishing some internal tweaks....
22. Well, here's the build up of my first MB6. Only had her 5 days and already i'm in love with her!!! lol Oh, and she's been officially named Ruby! Goes with her Ruby red paint (ok, I know it's sicillian red!! ) I'm no stranger to M's have had my MA8 civic (blue Betty!) for around 5 years! Right, heres the info on her when I got her. 1998 S-reg sicillian read pearl 39,000 miles Full service history, 2 owners from new (Honda being the first, up to 6,000 miles, then the owner I bought her from at 38,500 miles) standard appart from A/M remote alarm imobiliser with ultrasonics (NOW REPLACED WITH NEW UPGRADED CAT 1 SYSTEM), detachable towbar (proper one from Honda , which will be coming off!) My Plan is to make her a VTiS replica, but in met red, instead of pirates black. So here she is This was on the way home at some motorway services (I spy Dawns aerodeck in the background! ) First mod was to ditch the orange side indicators for nice clear ones Next, it was onto the interior. She's spotless inside, but still gona give her a good clean, so heres how she looks now....I'll post up another once she's been fully valeted The one part of the interior that I wanted to change asap was the stereo! Was a pioneer good bit of kit in it's day, but i like me Cd's and MP3's so out it came and in its place, my Pioneer mp3 head unit (keeping it kinda oem, as it's still a pioneer ) And thats all the mods so far...........but there will be more to come. She's getting a full VTI-S body kit, VTI-S alloys (early style ones) poss tints, and a few other bits and bobs. Heres some pics of how she looks now after a wash! MODS SO FAR: Smoked side indicators Pioneer MP3 head unit (iPod compatible) (UPDATE: Now Alpine CDE9850Ri CD/MP3 with full iPod control)(Update again, now got a new Pioneer DAB/CD/USB head unit!) Powerflow Stainless steel exhaust (cat back) VTiS lip kit (side skirts still to be fitted) VTiS floor mats VTiS gearknob VTiS Speedline chrono alloys fully refurbed and powder coated in white ) TypeR Gear gator with red stitching Full leather (from ES model) fitted, along with the black door cards Honda horn (peep peep) removed, replaced air horns Lowered on Full MeisterR Zeta S coilover suspension
23. 1998 Honda Civic Aerodeck B18C4 - Koni Sportkit -35mm and adjustable stiffness - Sportline lipkit - 16†Zero ZE04-rims with 205/45 Falken-tyres - for the winter 15†League 273’s with 195/55 Continentals - Tinted windows - Custom headlights - Custom grille - Red brake calipers up front - De-badged - Removed the headlight washers - Indiglo dials from Moman - Mugen pedals - Tenzo-R shift knob - Simoni Racing floor mats Greetings from the north, this is my second aerodeck. My first car was a MB8 that i bought in July 2008 but in march 2009 i couldn't resist anymore, took a loan and got myself the car that i had wanted in the first place, the MC2. It wasn't in the best possible condition when i got it and still needs lots of work, but slowly and surely it's starting to turn into what i hope one day will be the lowest, fastest and baddest Aerodeck in Finland. I just got my winter rims from Alloywheels.com and got them installed, i'll post pictures of the new look soon. I have lots planned for my deck... i'll keep you updated on the progress.
24. Hi. Been told by Dave to get some pics of my car up so here it is. And an arty one! It's a 1.6ES, so it has full leather interior, A/C, etc. I'm only the 2nd owner, so everythings as it should be! I put it into Honda to have the proper Honda front fog lights fitted, the Honda sunroof wind deflector and got an MP3 stereo too. Just wanting to change the wheels now. Love my aero to bits
